Festival Classes and Activities

Curious about herbal remedies but not sure where to begin? Join Crystal from Gracious Farm at Cincy Crunchy Fest on October 4th from 1:15–2:00 PM for an introductory class exploring 17 powerful herbs. You'll learn how to use them in everyday life, discover easy recipes, and gain the confidence to start your own herbal wellness journey at home. Tickets are $15/seat.

Join us for Kids Yoga at the 2025 Cincy Crunchy Fest on October 4th, 2025! We will have fun practicing poses, playing games, and engaging in mindful activities!

Ages 4-7 years: 11:00am-11:30am

Ages 8-12 years: 11:15am-12:15pm

Smash Burger (grass fed beef, on homemade burger rolls w/ local veggies + havarti cheese)

Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich (Dogwood Farm Chicken)

Loaded Hand Cut Fries (fried in beef tallow)

Harvester Salad (organic + local greens + veggies w/ house made dressings)

Caesar Salad (organic + local greens + veggies w/ organic Caesar dressing)

We are women in all stages of motherhood coming together to build strength through fitness and community.

We offer fitness classes three times weekly, as well as regular play groups for our kids after class. All of our classes can be done with your children in tow.

To reserve your spot for a 40 minute express SLAM class at Cincy Crunchy Fest sign up here and be sure to bring a stroller (for kiddos under 4 years old), a set of dumbbells, and a mat if you have one. We can't wait to sweat with you!

Classes are available at 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm and 3:00pm near the petting zoo!

We’re excited to welcome Penick’s Peckers Petting Zoo to the festival from 11am-3pm! Come say hello to their friendly crew - including piggies, goats, a mini cow, donkey, pony, alpaca, and even an emu! It’s the perfect chance for kids (and kids at heart) to get up close with some adorable farm friends!

We are so proud to be able to offer a private space for guests to be able to breastfeed and change their baby! As a mom of two, I’m no stranger to the frustration of a parking lot breastfeeding session when out and about. But not at Cincy Crunchy Fest! Thanks to Serena at The Well, this service will be available to guests at no cost for the entirety of the festival!
